After keeping their daughter Raha away from the public eye, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have now shared her face with the world. The couple included Raha in the annual Christmas lunch with the Kapoor family on Monday.
Resembling Ranbir’s late father Rishi Kapoor, little Raha appeared adorable in a white and pink dress paired with red velvet shoes. Alia opted for a floral black dress, while Ranbir sported a black jacket with dark jeans. The proud parents beamed with smiles as they introduced Raha to the paparazzi.
Born on November 6, 2022, Raha had remained shielded from public view by Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt until today. At HTLS 2023, Alia provided insight into the couple’s decision to protect Raha from media attention, stating, “I don’t want it to seem like I am hiding my daughter. I am proud of her. If the cameras were not rolling right now, I would put a giant image of her on the screen. I love her. I am proud of our baby. But we are new parents. We don’t know how we feel about her face being splashed all over the internet; she’s barely a year old.”
Devoted followers of the actors expressed their delight at getting a first look at Ranbir and Alia’s daughter.
