From Inspiration to Controversy: Unveiling the Unexpected Chapter in Vivek Bindra’s Journey

Vivek Bindra reportedly married Yanika on December 6. But eight days later, on December 14, a case was filed against Bindra at Noida Sector 126 police station.

On December 6, Vivek Bindra entered matrimony with Yanika. However, just eight days later, on December 14, India Today reported that a case had been filed against Bindra at Noida Sector 126 police station, alleging domestic violence against his wife.

Vivek Bindra, renowned as the CEO and founder of Bada Business Pvt Ltd and a motivational speaker, is said to have been booked under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 323, 504, 427, and 325.

Noida Police is currently investigating the matter, pledging a thorough examination of the accusations. The complaint, lodged by Yanika’s brother Vaibhav, contends that Bindra confined his sister, verbally abused her, and subjected her to severe physical assault, resulting in injuries across her body.

According to India Today, a video circulating on social media purportedly shows Yanika displaying her injury marks to doctors, with Vaibhav mentioning that she is struggling with impaired hearing due to the assault on her ears. Currently receiving medical treatment at Delhi’s Kailash Deepak Hospital, Yanika’s condition is under scrutiny.

In the midst of these accusations, Bindra is also under social media scrutiny for an alleged scam, fueled by a viral video from another prominent Indian motivational speaker and YouTuber, Sandeep Maheshwari. In Maheshwari’s video titled “Unveiling a Major Scam,” students claim they were misled by Bindra’s company. Bindra denies all allegations.

Amidst the controversy, Maheshwari asserts facing pressure to remove the video. However, contrary to expectations, the video has garnered more responses, with people expressing support for Maheshwari and urging him not to take it down.

Reportedly, the Uttar Pradesh Noida Police have filed a First Information Report (FIR) against the well-known motivational speaker Vivek Bindra, accusing him of assaulting his wife, Yanika Bindra.
